Why Linux Sucks

Small annoying things. (A friend of mine just installed Linux on his Toshiba laptop (came with Vista) then came to me because...)

- About Menu item is missing. (os, version, ...). What is he running when looking out for software.
- Installed browsers cannot play media from browsed files. I am wondering why does is shows images, get them out by default to be consistent.
- All plugins from apple and macromedia installation from inside browser context fails with success 100% success.
- Sound is disabled, so you think you have no sound.
